Job Description

Dishwashing and Sanitation:

Properly wash, dry, and store all dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashers and by hand.

Kitchen Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the dish machine, sinks, and surrounding floors.

Waste Management:

Dispose of trash, empty bins, and keep the kitchen tidy.

Food Preparation:

Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.

Support and Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to support kitchen staff by setting up workstations, receiving and storing deliveries, and performing other tasks as needed.

Food Safety:

Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
