Key Responsibilities: Dishwashing & Kitchen Support - Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machine or by hand. - Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free from clutter. - Support chefs by ensuring clean kitchen tools and equipment are available at all times. - Manage drying, stacking, and proper storage of clean items. - Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow hygiene standards. Cleaning & Housekeeping - Clean dining areas, floors, tables, and service zones throughout the day. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, equipment exteriors, and storage spaces. - Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly and keep them stocked with supplies. - Empty garbage bins and dispose of waste safely and responsibly. - Follow daily cleaning tasks and schedules provided by management. - Assist with pre-opening cleaning, setup, and restaurant readiness.
