dishwasher cleaner is responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, cookware, and utensils, maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, and performing general kitchen cleaning duties like sweeping and mopping. They must also assist with tasks such as emptying trash, food prep, and ensuring the dishwashing machines are functioning correctly and cleanly.
To prepare the required food items and make sure to follow the Operational Restaurant Standard.
Must have working experience in a fine dining restaurant
To assist the Head Chef and kitchen team members.
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
Cleaning and sanitation procedures at all times are needed
Responsible for storing food products in the designated area.
Knowledge of the products & cooking methods.
Can work under pressure with supervision
Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
