Director/Senior Director - Global Consulting HouseGlobal Consultancy seeks Director/Senior Director for the build-out of their Middle Eastern Financial Institutions practice. My client is currently undergoing an impressive growth period and see's true value in the resurgent Banking & FI market throughout the regionJoining a small but dedicated team possessing a rich history of Banking & Consulting in the MENA region, you will be responsible for the continued development of the current service offering, utilising both your knowledge and contact list in order to broaden the client base.We are seeking self-starting individuals who possess the ability and enthusiasm to undertake new business development opportunities, who thrive in a target-driven and competitive environment and those who have an inherent will to succeed.Candidates will ideally be based in the MENA region but will have some form of previous Western experience to leverage. A minimum of 10 years Banking and/or Consulting experienceExposure to and understanding of Performance Improvement and/or Risk AdvisoryStrong exposure to Islamic Banking practices and productsThe ability and enthusiasm to broaden the client baseFluency in Arabic and EnglishThis is a rare opportunity to join a well-known global organization at the start of their build-out.
