Key Accountabilities:

Oversee the visualization and creation of design concepts for current and upcoming projects, ensuring that the design is cutting-edge and innovative to provide the best customer experience.
Direct the design process from conception to completion to generate design concepts and master plans that effectively capture DAMAC\'s brand image.
Manage design changes to limit the impact on design efficiencies and cost against budgets.
Evaluate and manage design changes on projects post-concept stage through the Design-Development and construction until completion.
Drive the performance of all outsourced service providers for design management to guarantee achievement of quality services as per defined agreements.
Effectively maintain the end-to-end control of workplace design standards to ensure that criteria are followed in terms of space efficiency, quality, cost, and design intent.
Liaise with multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams internally / externally.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Experience

12 years relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Experienced on luxury Hospitality and Residential real estate projects; High-rise and Horizontal.
Experience working with either a Developer or a reputable Design Consultancy is required.
