Our client, pioneers in real estate development, instrumental in developing Dubai's most iconic projects and a publicly listed company in the UAE, seeks to recruit Director-Marketing & Sales.

Identifying profitable business opportunities globally.- Developing, leading and successfully implementing the Development, Marketing and Sales strategies with primary focus on Real Estate Development and allied services.
- He/she will build an optimum organization structure, team, systems, procedures, and policies to support the successful implementation of plans.
- Propose, plan, and achieve Financial and Operational targets to develop and scale up growth in line with the long-term vision of the company.
- Market research, competitor analysis and develop applicable pricing models. Implement MIS to report progress on goals and targets.
- Design relevant strategy for pre-launch and post-launch phase.
- Knowledge of local and international laws related to Real Estate Development and sales.
- Experience in overseeing the establishment and management of operations, financial and budgetary systems.
The qualifications and experience required:
Graduate in Civil Engineering or Management with master’s degree in Management with specialization in Marketing.- Additional qualifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 20 years of total experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Marketing and sales concepts and trends.
