Job Description
Our client, pioneers in real estate development, instrumental in developing Dubai's most iconic projects and a publicly listed company in the UAE, seeks to recruit Director-Marketing & Sales.
This critical role will be responsible for identifying profitable business opportunities globally. Developing, leading and successfully implementing the Development, Marketing and Sales strategies with primary focus on Real Estate Development and allied services. He/she will build an optimum Organization structure, team, systems, procedures, and policies to support the successful implementation of plans. Propose, plan, and achieve Financial and Operational targets to develop and scale up growth in line with the long-term vision of the company.
