Randstad Middle East is working with a leading infrastructure development and finance company in order to fill a number of key positions within their successful, expanding Transport Division. The organisation is involved with the development of large scale infrastructure BOOT schemes (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.A Director is required to join the Transport sector. The Director of the Department will oversee the transport divisions across all countries, reporting into the Managing Director. The Department Director's focus will be on setting of high level company growth strategy. You will guide Senior Managers in terms of setting goals. You will be expected to independently generate project leads through your existing relationships. Candidates will hold a Masters degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA (Finance / Construction Management preferred) and will have more than 20 years experience working with an international Engineering Consultants or Project Management Firm on major Infrastructure projects and ideally BOOT Schemes.
