Director, Structurer & Trader

U.S. Remote / Growth / Full-time
What you'll be doing:

+ Execute on an effective credit product development strategy
+ Work with the Lending team to support the end to end origination and risk management process - determining product structures, negotiating commercial terms, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, establish funding rates & sources of capital
+ Enter into risk hedging trades and perform loss mitigation
+ Build strong relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.) to create efficiencies and automated systems.
+ Develop new business opportunities across a variety of potential partners to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
+ Own product launches and refinancings, working with cross-functional teams across the firm to solve operational challenges, ensure we meet deadlines, contractual obligations, and client
+ , track and report on performance metrics

+ Bachelor's degree
+ You are a detail oriented and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems
+ You have great commercial and product instincts
+ You are an effective judge of risk
+ You have proven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision
+ are an effective communicator
+ You have strong bias for action
+ You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
+ 8+ years in credit specific structuring or trading / investment banking or asset management experience
+ Crypto & tradfi experience is a plus
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $226,000 - $294,000 for all U.S. remote locations.
