Job Summary
To provide leadership for all day to day operations of the resort for the Front Services department at Atlantis the Royal, which includes Bell Services, Valet and Driveway operations. In Addition to Transportation and Airport Operations for Atlantis Dubai Shared services. Driving standards, cost control, guest and colleague satisfaction, with the aim of achieving optimum financial returns for the company/owners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the seamless arrival and departure process for the guests, by managing the third-party casuals as well as the resorts team. Ensuring that the traffic management process is flawless on the front drive as well as the other points of arrival to the resort.
  • Instilling genuine hospitality to the colleagues to create everlasting memories for the guests.
  • As a member of the Rooms Management team develop and implements property wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the resort\'s guests and colleagues while providing ROI.
  • Responsible for HR leadership of direct reports and their teams (recruitment and selection, performance management (PMP/IDP), colleague development and motivation, counselling / disciplinary issues)
  • Responsible for delivery of budgeted targets - payroll costs, Rooms costs to ensure margins and cost reduction targets are achieved.
  • To ensure that standards of service are maintained across the entire operation, through the use of the Standards and Procedures and a commitment to both on and off job training. Ensure that all departmental SOP\'s are in place, used and up to date at all times.
  • Ensure that the operational departments work effectively as one team to provide a seamless service across the operation. Institute a clear communication strategy within the resort and supporting teams to ensure effective sharing and updating of information throughout the property, including a structured and active meetings and briefings process. Seeking opportunities to encourage teamwork in order to share resources and best practice between departments.
  • To actively support Operational Innovation, developing an attitude of continuous improvement through colleague involvement.
  • Maintaining a business environment based on the Code of Conduct and Company Vision
  • Taking responsibility for the timely delivery of capital projects within the building to ensure company assets are effectively maintained.
  • To conduct or chair regular communication meetings with department heads and actively participate in relevant business meetings to facilitate effective communication.
  • Full understanding of Forbes Travel Standards and delivery and training of these standards to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Maintain a high visibility with guests and colleagues.
  • Manage and coordinate valet and luggage delivery services within standards and set guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction expectations.
  • Airport Transfers process specifically and management of Drivers and the guest transportation experience.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • 5 years management experience in a similar role in a large resort.
  • Hotel Management School, Degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Expereince Managing large teams
  • High level of adaptability and self-motivation.
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
