To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have a bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate Management or a related field. As this role requires strong leadership skills, our client is looking for a Director with at least 10 years of experience in leading property management, real estate, or related industries. The successful candidate should be an innovative thinker with a track record of developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve goals set by the organisation.Strong knowledge of the following fields is essential: property management, OA management, facilities management, marketing and business development.
