Reporting to the Vice President, Accor Academy and Talent Development, Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Pacific (MEASPAC), the position, with the option to be either based in Dubai or Singapore, is responsible for collaborating with the Commercial team across MEASPAC to develop, plan, and implement top line training with the support of the MEASPAC Academy in top line revenue training including but not limited too:
Sales Campus
Revenue Pricing and Performance Campus
Revenue Futures
Restaurant Revenue Management Training
Digital Distribution Campus
ALL \xe2\x80\x93 Accor Live Limitless Training.
Partnering with the MEASPAC Academy and Commercial leaders to identify where training needs are required and to modify or develop content to meet the competency gaps.
In collaboration with the Director(s) Accor Academy in each region across MEASPAC, provide input into quarterly training calendar for all Top Line training based on the needs of the business
In collaboration with Commercial teams review and develop content for all Top Line Training which meet the changing markets Accor operates in across MEASPAC
Upskill and support needed, MEASPAC Academy team members in top line course content
Co-ordinate training venues, catering, accommodation and registrations with the Accor Academy and hotel teams
Facilitate learning and transfer of content to facilitate behavioral change amongst participants
Support opening hotels with training of hotel commercial teams as required by the Directors Accor Academy in each region
Undertake and review participant feedback from training sessions and take action to improve sessions
Utilise the learning management system to maintain accurate training records for all participants including assessments and providing feedback to participants in a manner that provides opportunity for personal growth and development
Ensures the role is cost neutral through the recharging of training delivered
In collaboration with the VP, Accor Academy & Talent Develop, review external suppliers if training needs cannot be met internally.
Work with the MEASPAC Academy to develop career pathways through Top Line Training
As required engage in talent review discussions with expert leaders
Liaise with talent management team on developing talent pool for specialist functions.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
Demonstrated experience in training delivery and facilitation in Top Line training or related experience gained in a Commercial role
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a Commercial environment or ability to deliver complex training in a similar industry
Solid user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
Expert knowledge of sales and revenue management processes, tools, programs and global strategy
Fluent in English with French, Arabic or Japanese an advantage
Experience working across multiple countries preferred.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the business including senior company leaders
