As they scale, they are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their hiring strategy across key financial hubs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruiting for banking and financial services, with experience covering markets such as London, Singapore, and New York. This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition within high-calibre financial institutions, as well as the ability to attract top-tier professionals in compliance, risk, and digital finance.
