Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans tailored to target markets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize branding and sales efforts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Participate in industry events, networking, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
10+ years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in the UAE market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
