With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Sales & Marketing to join the One&Only Sales & Marketing team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort\'s success and your role will be to identify and drive all sales and marketing strategies with full accountability for achievement of the room revenue budget.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive and leverage the international Kerzner RSO network to achieve budgeted goals.
• Tracks and measures the productivity of key accounts working with the Regional Sales Offices to develop sales programs and initiatives.
• Ensures all property enhancements, updates, news is communicated to O&O Corporate and RSO\'s.
• Responsible for the annual tour operator contracting and rate setting.
• Responsible for issuing ad-hoc tactical rate offers.
• Driving strategies for tactical sales and revenue generating promotions.
• Managing all inbound tour operator accounts (ITOs) and linking international sales office activity.
• Managing all international wholesalers supported by international RSOs.
• Developing the annual sales and marketing plan for the resort.
• Responsible for the sales and marketing expense budget and working with O&O Corporate across joint group wide initiatives.
• Oversee on-property marketing, communications, and wedding sales.
• Represents OORM at sales and marketing planning meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years\' sales and marketing experience in a 5-star luxury hotels and resorts
• Graduate degree.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong management reporting skills.
• Strong Communication Skills (written, verbal and formal presentation style).
• Strong Microsoft Offices and Opera skills.
• Speaks English Fluently.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
