Review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team of competitor's activities at all times.
Ability to lead and develop a sales team to deliver the Hotel's KPI (Key Performance Indicators - e.g. GOP, Total Revenue, ARR, Occ etc.)
To develop a marketing strategy using the characteristics, advantages and benefits of the hotel and local area.
To manage the customer service aspect of the Sales and Marketing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
To develop and supervise the sales team; recognizing training opportunities, organizing day to day operation of the office and maintaining successful communications within the team.
* To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
