Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide regional leisure sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Drive revenue growth through key leisure segments, tour operators, and travel trade partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and regional leisure clients.
Identify market trends, demand patterns, and new business opportunities.
Oversee contract negotiations and commercial agreements with leisure partners.
Strengthen direct distribution strategies and regional connectivity partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to align pricing and inventory strategies.
Work with Marketing to support leisure campaigns, offers, and promotions.
Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
Analyze competitive positioning and recommend strategic actions.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety policies.
Proven experience in leisure sales within hospitality, preferably multi-property.
