Job Description

Royal Class Properties is a Dubai based company in Business Bay, looking out for a well proven and experienced dynamic Director of Sales from the real estate industry, to manage all the sales operations for the company. This is a leadership role, whose duties include ensuring that the sales targets are being met, guiding the team at all levels to achieve the assigned sales goals and presenting sales reports to the top management board. Responsibilities: Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets. Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist Sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are being communicated and implemented within the team. Leading and motivating sales teams to improve customer service with clients. Creating systemic Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans to achieve the sales targets. Drafting detailed and accurate Sales report to Management Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales. Recruit, test, and hire Sales team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. Developing training sessions which include product knowledge, motivation for the Sales team. Meeting the sales managers to understand daily, weekly, monthly progress of sales teams. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty and retention and to build an image of trusted real estate brand. Being updated on the latest trends in Real Estate Market. Performance management of Sales team assigned. Being in alignment with the Marketing team to monitor and assign leads. Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years and above in a similar role Brokerage background in the U.A.E. market Proven leadership and performance and ability to drive sales teams. Should have Leader personality. Optimistic and Passionate about Sales. In-depth knowledge of Sales & Marketing techniques and best practices. Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation. Must have valid U.A.E. Driving License Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
