Job Description
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE A FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKER! A new opportunity has come up with a fast-growing British PR / Media company based in Dubai. In this role, your mission is to grow the company\'s revenue by:
- Growing the sales team from ten members to twenty;
- Managing and mentoring the sales team through daily sessions (group and one-to-one);
- Improving sales processes through HubSpot CRM (e.g. follow-ups, sequences, repeat business);
- Oversee the inhouse lead generation / appointment booking team to maximise sales opportunities;
- Act as a supportive and authoritative line manager for sales team;
- Report daily, weekly and monthly to the CEO and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Sales management / Director of Sales experience of at least one year
- Must have excellent English communication skills - FLUENT English Speaker
- An instinctive understanding of team-building and strategic business growth
- Will you be in the position to reliably commute to Dubai Silicon Oasis for our working day which starts at 3pm and finishes at midnight if you were to score this role with us?
- Do you have a minimum of 5 years work experience in Sales/Business Development in the UK, US, Canada or South Africa?
