Middle East working experience is not a must; however, the successful candidate will have international hotel experience and must have worked outside their home country.
Our client is renowned for its incredible hotels, resorts and residences located in major destinations around the world. They are looking for someone who can show a consistent career path, now at Director of Rooms level, delivering excellence within a luxury property.
Candidate Profile:
Currently a Director of Rooms within a 5-star plus hotel with residences
Background in "ultra-luxury" hospitality brands, proven in achieving excellent standards measured by LQA.
Proven experience in leading and developing large, multicultural teams
Based in a leading destination, exposure to the GCC market is desirable.
Training and a career path within hotels, which is supported by recognised hospitality qualifications relevant to the international five-star sector
Strong understanding of HNW guest personalisation, exacting service standards, and operational excellence.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
