What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A proven track record of 4 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in Managing Operations, or related professional role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE\'s award-winning Service Quality.
  • Recent or ongoing experience in a Managerial role within Residences with a Luxury Hospitality Brand with a high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Next-Level Organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Residents, Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and Stakeholders.
  • Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Executive Office, the Director of Residences leads Residential Operations by Managing, Motivating and Developing the FIVE Tribe to consistently deliver a Residential Lifestyle experience that is Luxe, and Exquisite.
  • Oversees the day-to-day Operations across all Departments within FIVE Residences, ensuring a \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Star\xe2\x80\x99 Experience for Esteemed Residents.
  • Crafts a Next-Level Operational Strategy in alignment with FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s Boundary-Breaking business vision.
  • Crafts and manages the annual budget for FIVE Residences, incorporating Exquisite Financial Planning.
  • Engages with Residents, Owners, FIVE Tribe Members, and the Board of Directors to understand the business needs and identify Next-Level Operational Opportunities.
  • Reviews financial statements, ensuring The Residences are performing in line with the budget and maintaining the Gold Standard.
  • Manages Operational Procedures to elevate Service Quality to the Highest Standard.
  • Proactively implements Departmental Strategies and Action Plans, aiming to create an Award-Winning Resident Experience.
  • Serves as a Visible Interface with Residents, obtaining feedback on Service Levels and Overall Satisfaction, contributing to a continuous Cycle of Improvement.
  • Expertly Prepares yearly action plans based on FIVE Resident feedback, FIVE Resident Satisfaction results, and other curated data to identify areas for improvement, reflecting a Commitment to offering Unparalleled Service.
  • Maintains a Sensational knowledge of and complies with all Policies and Procedures of FIVE Residences.
  • Responds Enthusiastically to Residence owners\' queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a Bespoke Atmosphere for FIVE Residents.
  • Focuses on Residents\xe2\x80\x99 Needs, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the \xe2\x80\x98Vibe at FIVE.\xe2\x80\x99
  • Coordinates with Department Heads to align Strategies with the wider organizational vision and ensure Seamless Operations.
  • Sets Goals and Expectations for direct reports, holding them accountable for delivering \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 Service.
  • Cultivates Exceptional Resident Relations, guiding Residents on their \xe2\x80\x98Journey at FIVE\xe2\x80\x99 from property handover to daily living, ensuring a Remarkable lifestyle in line with Management Standards and Stakeholder Agreements.
  • Delivers the Gold Standard of Customer Service and encourages the same level of excellence from fellow \xe2\x80\x98FIVERs.\xe2\x80\x99
  • Communicates clear and consistent messages regarding Departmental Goals.
  • Conducts regular Progress Updates and Reviews for all Department Heads, ensuring continued adherence to FIVE\'s industry-leading standards.
  • Provides regular Operational Updates to the Executive Team, highlighting Achievements and addressing Key Issues.
  • Champions change, ensuring brand and regional Business Initiatives are implemented with Precision. Communicates Follow-Up Actions to the team as necessary.
