Director of Referral Program
Role Objective To develop and implement a scalable, effective, and motivating referral program for customers, sales agents, and retail partners within the INOI Device & Finance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Design the referral program architecture from scratch, including B2C (users), B2B2C (retail partners), invite mechanics, bonuses, program rules, and anti-fraud systems Plan and execute a pilot in one region, followed by global rollout across Africa, Asia, and the MENA region Collaborate with Product and IT teams to integrate the referral program into the e-wallet, INOI App, and CRM systems Develop and manage the B2B2C component of the programrewards for store staff, retail locations, and agent networks Build KPI systems, reporting dashboards, conversion funnels, and performance analysis processes Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and local Sales teams to ensure successful execution and alignment
Requirements 5+ years of experience launching and scaling referral, loyalty, or partnership programs, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail tech Strong understanding of digital financial products such as e-wallets, BNPL, and microloans Proven experience building programs from scratch, including legal/compliance, marketing, and product alignment Experience operating across multiple geographic markets is a plus Ability to think like both a product manager and a growth marketer
