The Role

Our client is a subsidiary of a market leader in United Arab Emirates, they have an excellent reputation, delivering a high-quality service across multiple business lines. They are currently seeking a Procurement Director to oversees the strategic sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations of the construction company. This role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services are procured at the right quality, quantity, price, and delivery time to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The director will lead the procurement team, develop supplier relationships, and align procurement strategies with the company's goals for cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.



Requirements

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CIPS is an advantage). Experience: o Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the construction industry. o Proven track record in managing large-scale construction procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
