With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Marketing & Communications to join the One&Only Sales & Marketing team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort\'s success and your role will be to identify, develop and drive all marketing and communications strategies and initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and successfully execute Marketing and Communications strategy to deliver commercial goals.

Responsible for managing and implementing marketing campaigns and online and offline projects across local and international markets.

Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Revenue to initiate marketing plans to drive bookings, revenue, and day visitations across the resort revenue-generating outlets.

Align marketing and communication strategies with the global brand strategy while collaborating strongly with Global & Regional Offices.

Establish KPIs to measure campaign success, monitoring and adjusting plans to maximise the ROI.

Manage relationships with external agencies, including content, branding, PR and social media agencies ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the set budget and meeting the quality standard.

Develop social media and communication plans to build and maintain brand awareness and affinity.

Lead, coach and develop the Marketing & PR team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring growth in skill and successful delivery of projects.

Analysing departmental performance and reporting to senior stakeholders

Ensure a 360-degree approach where all teams are involved in marketing campaigns, where applicable, to maximise audience and reach.

Provide the required marketing support to the different departments within the organization, including Corporate, GCC, Leisure and Groups Sales teams, F&B, Spa, Recreation and Events.

Develop, maintain and strengthen commercial, brand and media partnership opportunities to promote and amplify the resort through B2C and B2B channels.

Ensure up-to-date resort information and visual assets across owned and earned channels, including resort website, OTA\'s, social media, digital presentations and print collaterals.

Develop the resort\'s digital assets and communication materials, including videos, photos, and print collaterals, while ensuring top quality and meeting the One&Only brand standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising or communications

Minimum five years of working experience in senior marketing and communications roles in luxury hospitality brands with a successful track record of campaign creation and execution

Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, email marketing, digital marketing and design software

Established roster of media and PR contacts

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Solid experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, public relations, and photo & video production

Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of visual design (layout, composition balance, colors and fonts) with a keen eye for details and quality

Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
