Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic preschool director to manage an new educational institution (for kids 2 -5 years) in Dubai. The candidate must be fluent in English; knowledge of and German is a plus.

Main responsibilities:

Organizing and overseeing the operation of the preschool Ensuring high-quality educational process and children's safety Managing teachers and staff Interacting with parents and regulatory authorities Developing and implementing educational programs
Requirements:

Leadership experience in a preschool or early childhood education Work experience as a kindergarten director/manager is required Excellent command of English Knowledge German is preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of educational standards and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is an advantage
