Assignment Attached to the Director General of the University Hospital of Rabat, your mission will be to set up the organization of the Human Resources Department, you are in charge of the strategic management of Human Capital at the within the hospital. You oversee and coordinate all human resources activities, ensuring that policies, procedures and practices are aligned with overall CHU goals. To do this, your mission will revolve around the following aspects: 1. Strategic aspects: . develop and implement the human resources strategy: develop a strategic vision of human resources, taking into account the specific needs of the CHU in terms of recruitment, integration, remuneration, training, performance evaluation, career management and administrative management of personnel; . Ensure that HR policies and practices are in line with the objectives and values of the CHU; . Design and implement HR policies and programs aimed at attracting, retaining and developing the talents needed to support the CHU's missions; . Support and advise managers in performance management and support the professional development of teams; . Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the area of labor law and human resource management; . Manage social relations and ensure the maintenance of a harmonious social climate; . Foster a culture of learning and excellence and ensure adherence to the values of the institution. 2. Operational aspects: . Supervise the staff recruitment and selection process: Defining needs, developing job descriptions and conducting selection interviews; . Manage skills development and training: Identification of needs, training engineering and deployment of the annual skills development plan; .
