About the role



After 4 years, we are looking for a new Director of Human Resources, who will continue to make the difference to our employees every day, who makes sure we do the right thing in everything we do and who supports, coaches and guides the management team.



It's an active and diverse role that requires to be flexible in working hours, due to the nature of the business. You'll oversee the full employee cycle, next to different projects on management level.

It's also the perfect role to combine with for example other duties like motherhood, or the first back to work role after a (maternity) break.



About you


You have a hospitality mindset in everything you do. You are outgoing and connect naturally with all our employees from different backgrounds and different cultures. You can do small talk to our employees and present business ideas on ExCom level. You love trying new ideas and concepts with an entrepreneurial approach, you like to do things differently than you have done before. You obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar and you have your experience in life to coach and guide our people.
