Develop and implement a complete governance system across the company.
Create, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs for all departments.
Establish internal controls, authority matrices, and accountability standards.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.
Conduct internal audits to measure adherence to company processes.
2. Operations Management
Build and manage an end-to-end operational framework for all company functions.
Develop workflow between sales ? planning ? design ? production ? logistics ? event execution.
Monitor daily operations, identify gaps, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee resource planning, manpower allocation, and supplier coordination.
Ensure every event is delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
3. Quality Assurance
Design and implement a quality management system for events and weddings.
Set quality standards for production, decor, logistics, technical setup, and execution.
Conduct pre-event and post-event assessments.
Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement practices.
4. Organizational Development
Develop or redesign the organizational structure of the company.
Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines for all departments.
Implement performance management systems and department KPIs.
Lead training programs to align teams with new policies and procedures.
Improve company culture, collaboration, and accountability.
5. Team Leadership
Supervise department heads (Sales, Design, Production, Operations, HR & Finance).
Conduct weekly operations and governance meetings.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between teams.
Support managers in resolving operational challenges and client escalations.
6. Strategic Planning
Provide strategic input for company growth, expansion, and market positioning.
Develop annual operational plans and budgets.
Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions to management.
Improve profitability through better processes, reduced waste, and improved efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in events, wedding production, or operations management.
Proven experience in establishing governance and operational systems from the ground up.
Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
Experience in large-scale weddings, luxury events, and high-pressure environments.
