Expertise Expert in F&B, perfectly masters F&B operations of a resort with large volumes. Essential international experience: strong adaptability to the cultures in place, to the personalities
Mastery of luxury hotel codes. Has worked in a very high-end universe, Palace or prestigious group, knows the requirements of the clientele, has the luxury codes Strong leadership: imposes itself by flawless exemplarity and leads the teams towards constancy of effort, towards excellence. Knows how to delegate and empower the department heads. Global vision/Entrepreneurial spirit: understands the challenges of the resort, as well as the priorities Excellent communication Dynamism and open-mindedness. Strength of proposal. Excellent presentation. Perfectly fluent English.
Experience
Confirmed experience of 8 to 10 years in F&B within prestigious hotels or resorts. Experience with International high-end / luxury brands Has worked in hotels that handle a large volume of F&B
