As Director of Food and Beverage, we rely on you to:

• Establish a strong divisional workplace culture within your team
• Develop the annual Food & Beverage budget, periodical forecasts, business plan including meaningful commercial and outlets\' promotional plan while executing in a disciplined manner
• Take leadership responsibility for leading and executing the strategic and business plans of Food & Beverage Division to achieve financial targets across all areas of the division
• Work closely with the operational and commercial leaders of the hotel to collect business insights, generate alignment and execute the strategy successfully
• Coach and develop Food & Beverage divisional leaders and team members to ensure that they can operate independently and deliver financial and quality results
• Proactively seek and follow the top talent of the industry to build and develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and performance management while ensuring that the division has the right people in the right roles all the time
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline for colleague development in-line with succession planning and future leadership needs
• Establish effective horizontal and vertical communication within the division and across the hotel to keep all stakeholders aware of divisional information and developments
• Lead the Food & Beverage team to always provide the highest standard of products and services consistently
• Control all divisional costs and expenses in-line within the set parameters whilst seeking smart and innovative ways to deliver financial results
• Maintain full compliance to food hygiene and safety-related programs across the division

We are looking for someone who:

• Has luxury 5* hotel experience in the UAE
• Has a very good knowledge of Food & Beverage commerce and finance including P&L management, ROI, expense and cost control, forecasting and budgeting
• Has a solid track record in maximizing guest satisfaction scores in-line with company expectations, with a passion for high quality of Food and Beverage products, services, and experiences
• Has a strong understanding of F&B Marketing, maximizing content and media channels in-line with a strategic plan
• Has highly effective time management skills and delivers on time
• Enjoys interacting with people and being part of the team and surrounding community
• Is engaging, helpful, and trustworthy leadership style, and always upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
• Has the ability to communicate and write with fluency in English
