Responsibilities:

Be part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Food and Beverage division aligned with the overall resort objectives.

Provide visionary leadership, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve excellence in service, quality and financial performance.

Manage the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.

Ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.

Monitor and analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for cost control, revenue growth, and profitability enhancement.

Drive the development of innovative menus, incorporating diverse culinary concepts, local flavors, and international trends.

Foster relationships with suppliers and ensure the procurements of high-quality ingredients.

Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements related to Food and Beverage operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience in Food and Beverage Management in luxury resorts or five-star resorts.

Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a large-scale F&B operation.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability, work ethic and people-management skills to drive financial results and control costs.

Five to seven years\' experience with a diversity of Food and Beverage management positions.

Preferably two to three years Dubai market experience.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably specialised in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.

Knowledge of local and international cuisines, wines, and mixology.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional service.
