About the Role
A Director of Financial Products is needed to lead the development and structuring of Sharia-compliant financial solutions within a fast-growing digital banking ecosystem. This role requires expertise in Islamic finance structures (Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk), financial modeling, and go-to-market strategy to drive innovation and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch Sharia-compliant financial products, including lending, investment, and insurance.
Lead product structuring, P&L modeling, and unit economics to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with Islamic banking regulations and Sharia principles.
Oversee market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, risk, and regulatory teams to bring products to market.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience in financial product structuring, fintech, or digital banking.
Deep knowledge of Islamic finance principles, including Murabaha, Ijara, and Sukuk.
Proven experience in financial modeling, unit economics, and P&L management.
Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks in fintech and Islamic banking.
Background in banking or fintech with a track record of launching scalable financial products.
