Our client is looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to strengthen their procurement function. This is a strategic role for professionals who understand the plastics / polymers supply ecosystem and thrive in fast-paced trading environments. Key Responsibilities : Identify and source suppliers for plastic raw materials and polymers. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals. Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and handle vendor performance evaluations. Requirements BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain in a trading company handling plastic raw materials or polymers. Familiarity with the plastic raw materials / polymer industry is essential. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
