Qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.
- A postgraduate or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
- Proven leadership in F&B management with extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, room dining, and kitchen operations.
- A strong focus on sales and revenue goals, along with strategic and operational skills.
- The ability to manage personnel effectively and meet financial targets.
- Knowledge of local competition and industry trends.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Candidates must be available locally.
Key responsibilities will involve:
