Job Description

Responsible for positioning the hotel as a top destination for conferences, banquets, weddings, and social events. Leads the Events & Marketing team to maximize revenue and ensure flawless execution of all functions, while strengthening brand visibility through marketing and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive event and banquet revenues. Lead event planning and execution with Sales, F&B, and Operations teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business. Oversee marketing campaigns to promote the hotel as a leading events venue. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage, train, and evaluate the Events & Marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Event Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in events/conference management within hospitality. Proven track record in delivering large-scale events and managing teams.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:
