Job Description
New opportunity for an experienced Director of Engineering specialised in the hospitality industry to join this dynamic hotel complex based in Abu Dhabi.
As Director of Engineering you'll be leading the full engineering & maintenance function across guestrooms, public areas, & extensive meeting & event spaces, ensuring exceptional operational standards, safety, & sustainability. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, energy efficiency initiatives, capital projects, & support seamless event operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Requirements:
- Currently based in the UAE with excellent knowledge of safety regulations, energy management, & project planning
- Degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in engineering leadership within luxury hotels or large hospitality complexes
- Strong track record managing conference & event-driven operations & large technical teams
- Leadership presence with a proactive, hands-on management style
- AED 45 000 DOE all-inclusive + performance based bonus
- Plus family insurance + family visa
- No additional schooling or flights allowances
