What you'll be doing Chalhoub Group is seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our next phase of data-driven, omnichannel growth. We're looking for a bold thinker and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, advanced attribution, and marketing mix modeling (MMM). In this pivotal role, you'll architect strategies that bridge performance with brand, drive measurable impact, and future-proof our marketing ecosystem across a diverse portfolio of luxury brands. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports business objectives across our portfolio of mid-tier and luxury fashion and beauty brands
Work closely with brand teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with brand positioning and target audience needs
Lead innovation across all digital marketing channels
Establish consistent cross-channel measurement frameworks and reporting standards
Manage and optimize digital marketing budget allocation across brands and channels
Performance Marketing
Act as the strategic interface between brand teams and agencies to oversee performance marketing initiatives
Manage agency relationships, ensuring delivery against SLAs and contractual deliverables
Oversee and advise brands on campaign plans and budget allocations
Monitor campaign performance and hold agencies accountable for results
Establish best practices and standards for performance marketing across the brand portfolio
SEO
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for brand websites
Lead technical SEO initiatives and site optimization efforts
Oversee optimization of existing content for search visibility
Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure SEO best practices
Digital Analytics & Tagging
Build robust measurement frameworks to track performance across digital touchpoints
Oversee implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions across websites and apps
Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities
Develop dashboards and reporting systems to communicate performance to stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
CRM & Customer Engagement
Lead the central CRM team responsible for technology infrastructure, lifecycle management, and insights generation
Develop customer segmentation frameworks and targeting strategies for brand teams to implement
Oversee the CRM technology stack and drive platform improvements
Generate data-driven recommendations and insights for brand teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
Support brand teams with strategic guidance while maintaining centralized governance and best practices
MarTech & AdTech
Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology solutions
Ensure effective integration between marketing platforms and systems
Drive operational efficiency through automation and workflow improvements
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess potential applications
Collaborate with IT to ensure system security and compliance
Marketing Framework & Attribution
Develop multi-touch attribution models to understand channel effectiveness
Establish consistent KPIs and success metrics across brands and channels
Lead cross-channel optimization based on attribution insights
Build forecasting models to predict marketing performance
Provide strategic recommendations based on marketing ROI analysis
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record managing performance marketing and CRM functions
Experience working with multiple brands, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors
Strong background in data-driven marketing and analytics
Experience leading digital marketing teams in the Middle East region
Deep understanding of performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing, and customer journey orchestration
Proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding of MarTech and AdTech ecosystems
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
Experience with attribution modeling and marketing mix optimization
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
