:

Managing and directing comprehensive strategic plans, initiatives and activities related to marketing, communication, media and internal and external events to ensure the creation of a distinctive positive identity and reputation for the Department and its affiliates and projects at the local and international levels.

Administrative Role:

\xc2\xa7 Directing and managing the department\'s staff in accomplishing their tasks

\xc2\xa7 Define and monitor the operational goals, objectives and programs of the Department.

\xc2\xa7 Prepare reports on the overall performance of the department and submit them to the Executive Director.

\xc2\xa7 Review all periodic reports prepared by the Department to ensure that they are completed within the specified time frames.

\xc2\xa7 Review all services and work of the department and ensure their quality.

\xc2\xa7 Ensure that the performance of all tasks and the conduct of employees are consistent with the policies and procedures of the Department of Municipalities and Transport.

\xc2\xa7 Inform the Executive Director of the progress of the business under his management.

Organizational role:

\xc2\xa7 Ensure that all resources have the competencies and skills required to perform management tasks.

\xc2\xa7 Review and discuss ambiguities and the evaluation process with evaluators, if necessary, and approve periodic evaluations of management staff.

\xc2\xa7 Identify the required skills and experience and nominate employees nominated to attend appropriate training programs (in coordination with the Human Resources Department ).

\xc2\xa7 Ensure that management policies and procedures are documented and adhered to.

\xc2\xa7 Identify technological needs that ensure efficient and cost-effective management processes in coordination with the concerned department.

Job Role:

\xc2\xa7 Develop a unified strategic communication plan in coordination with the entities affiliated to the department so that it is comprehensive (short and long-term) for the department according to the directions of the department and work in cooperation with the various work teams, employees in the department and other departments in the department in order to identify programs, projects and activities to be promoted in the present and future.

\xc2\xa7 Supervising unified events and campaigns and achieving integration of all activities at the level of the department and affiliated entities.

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to achieving the prominent media reputation of the Emirate of Abu Dhabiand enhance communication with the available communication channels

\xc2\xa7 Achieve effective partnerships, communication and communication with strategic partners to achieve the common objectives of the Government of Abu Dhabi.

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to the management of the Department\'s media campaigns and the effective promotion of services and projects in coordination with the concerned departments and using appropriate means of communication.

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to the management of the institutional identity and logos of the Department, its affiliates and any entity affiliated with the Department in the future, and ensure the proper and effective application of the institutional identity in all internal and external means of communication.

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to the review and evaluation of the financial aspects of the activities of the Department, i.e. ascertain expenditures and revenues to provide the necessary inputs, monitor and review the results of activities and ensure their implementation within the specified budget.

\xc2\xa7 Organizing the communication of senior management with various segments of the internal and external audience.

\xc2\xa7 Advising the Executive Director of the Strategic Affairs Sector on marketing the activities and objectives of the Department.

\xc2\xa7 Perform any tasks assigned to him by the CEO.
