Job Description
An excellent opportunity has become available as Director of Culinary & Retail Development with an international restaurant group focused on gourmet dining based in Dubai.
As Director of Culinary & Retail Development you'll be responsible for developing & implementing short - long-term menu strategies, building a robust new product & events pipeline that successfully meets evolving guest needs.
Working closely with marketing & cross-functional teams bringing new products forward to the Marketing Calendar.
Your knowledge & experience will drive recipe innovation, consistency, & efficiency in execution across the company's network.
Requirements:
Stand-alone restaurant chain experienced, top-end environments with luxury produce
Strong R&D background for both kitchen & retail
Must have managed multiple sites in different regions
Salary Offered: AED 38 000 - 40 000 all-inclusive + relocation support
