A leading real estate and valuation consultancy based in Dubai, dedicated to providing expert property valuation services, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Valuation to lead their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the commercial valuation division in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of valuation professionals.
• Ensure effective resource allocation, workload management, and professional development within the team.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial valuation sector.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the commercial valuation process to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to enhance the overall quality of valuation reports.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide expert advice on commercial property valuation and market trends.

Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform valuation methodologies.
• Analyze and interpret market data to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within commercial property valuation.
• MRICS qualification is required.
• Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Certified Valuer
• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial valuation projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
