Director of Business Development - MEA

Sener Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Role Overview: Sener has ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond for the MEA region and is expanding exponentially. To support this growth, we are hiring a Business Development Director for the Middle East & Africa to join us on this exciting journey. Who are we looking for? An experienced Business Development Director to work closely with our MEA leadership team, driving the regional BD agenda. Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the Middle East & Africa BD strategy to foster and develop new relationships aligned with Sener's growth plans. Manage and develop a team to execute the BD strategy for each country and business segment Sener operates in, aiming to maximize revenue and support growth. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to clients regularly. A minimum of 15 years of BD experience in the transportation or rail & metro sectors, primarily in the Middle East, is required.
