Role Description This is a full-time role for a Director of Business Development located in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, fostering relationships with partners and clients, and ensuring successful business planning and execution. Qualifications

• Highly skilled in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Expertise in Business Planning and Account Management
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Existing strong relationships at Executive Level within the Real Estate Developer Landscape in the GCC
• Existing relationships within the TELCOs is a plus
• Proficient in both MEDDICC and The Challenger Sale
• Experience in smart home technology or related industry is a plus
• English fluent, Arabic is a plus
