Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the analytics department, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics projects
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics projects
- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
- Manage the budget and resources for the analytics department
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team of data analysts
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
