Job Description
One of the world's most important and pioneering management consulting firms have partnered with BLT to build their Multisector Investments practice across the Middle East region. They specifically seek senior level strategists with experience of the Real Estate sector from strategy consultancies, asset management firms, REITs or real estate developers. Working with sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, real estate developers and family businesses/conglomerates this practice delivers Strategy Development, Performance Enhancement, Business Model Design, Investment and Portfolio strategy, Opportunity Identification, Turnaround, CDD, Value Creation and Market Sizing solutions amongst more. Only the highest calibre of candidate will be considered. Suitable candidates will need the following:
- A number of years of experience with a top-level strategy consulting firm
- Deep knowledge and experience in the Real Estate space
- Strategy experience with an investment firm, sovereign wealth fund or real estate developer/investor would be considered
- Deep project experience in at least one of the areas listed above
- Experience of the Middle East region is a bonus but not required
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree from a high ranking university
