Description To develop, guide and manage the digital applications team to provide platforms, solutions and services both related to IT and OT for the business lines PM. Must be ensured to consider any project company requirements and the effective deployment on the whole ecosystem (PM and project company).
Provide necessary support to business lines digital leaders, process owners from the business line and digital technical chapters (UX, Data and API collaboration), operations and adoption & support teams

Role & Responsibilities
- Direct the digital leadership and relevant teams to design, build or configure, implement, maintain, and operate the full lifecycle of the vertical Business Line digital solutions portfolio, in line with architectural, infrastructural and security standards, optimizing planning and operations in line with digital factory strategy
- Lead agile teams in a complex network environment consisting of business Units across IT & OT Environments, and key executive stakeholders to create and execute the project delivery of high scalable solution leveraging on new technologies.
- Selection of appropriate technology - applications, platforms, tools, services, software required for enterprise developments and operations, working with global strategical/tactical vendors
- Provide maintenance and user support of the company PM\xc2\xb4s solutions
- Participate with all relevant teams of the Digital Hub i.e. contribute to the definition of the digital key inputs to the overall ACWA Power strategy as well as to setting the KPI\xc2\xb4s & OKR\xc2\xb4s and the budget
- Develop Digital Factory budget, and manage the components related directly to enterprise digital operations. Conduct cost and product analysis of digital components, equipment, software etc. Control and manage the IT expenses in accordance with approved budget.
- 10+ years managing IT systems at an enterprise-sized company;
- 15+ years of ICT working experience;
- Outstanding knowledge of IT hardware and software systems
- Ability to understand business needs and meet through suitable platforms/ applications/ solutions / products
- Experience of working in high growth economies.
- Ability to leverage and interpret data. Ability to then use this data to create insights that inform decision making, performing the strategic role that support data collection, cross-channel data integration, data visualization, dashboards, predictive analytics, and data mining, collaborating with data engineers and data scientists in teams of global reach to develop advanced data management / data governance / analytics / AI and ML solutions easly to scale
- Support design and development of the right user interaction model, personas, wireframes and UX prototypes around user needs focusing to solve problems of usability, search, friendliness of the systems to ease its adoption and assures the processes best practice implementation, applying design thinking to drive digital acceleration.
- Support IoT team to develop and manage IoT devices, platforms, software, hardware and systems through a combination of data and technology
- Experience in design and development of API-oriented architecture
- Relevant experience of leading teams in a multi-cultural environment with the highest level of ethical standards
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar degrees.
- Project Management methodologies
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Master\'s or PhD degree in Information Technology, Computer Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar degrees.
- Advanced knowledge of the cloud services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals
- Demonstrated appreciation for local knowledge.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum, SAFE, ..)
