About The Job

The Director, Housekeeping will provide leadership for all the day to day operation of the resort for the Housekeeping department including Housekeeping, Laundry, Uniform and Minibars in respect to standards, revenues, cost control, guest and colleague satisfaction, with the aim of achieving optimum financial returns for the company/owners..

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Director level role, managing multiple operational functions in a large sized 5-star hotel or resort. You will preferably hold a bachelor\'s in Hospitality Management and have advanced knowledge of Opera PMS. In addition, you will have an analytical approach to problem solving You will have immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, immaculate grooming and fluency in English is mandatory
