As Director Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and representing Pulses strategic capabilities across your market. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.

- You act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering market insights and business recommendations
- You collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- You monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- You possess 5+ years of agency experience winning clients and driving growth for them
- You have proven ability to develop compelling client pitches and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver results
- You boast excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences and deliver complex messages clearly
- You maintain a keen eye for industry trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve
- You understand the nuances of your local market, stay ahead of industry trends, and are based in Dubai
