Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the organization's goals Forecast trends and plan menus, pricing, and promotions accordinglyOperations Management
Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationshipsFinancial Oversight
Prepare and manage budgets Monitor revenue, cost control, and profitability Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to meet targetsTeam Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff Foster a culture of excellence and customer service Conduct performance reviews and staff development programsGuest Experience
Ensure high-quality food and service standards Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints Innovate dining experiences to enhance customer satisfaction Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from IHM 15-20 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership roleJob Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
