Our client is looking for a Director of Financial Communications to lead their financial communications and Investor Relations offer in MENA.

Our client is looking for a Director of Financial Communications to lead their financial communications and Investor Relations offer in MENA.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with finance and enterprise-wide stakeholders to develop optimal strategies that ensure clear and consistent approaches to managing the communications around IPOs, M&A, restructurings, earnings communications, and other financial disclosures and regulatory issues.
- Elevate the financial communications function by providing subject and industry matter expertise.
- Manage executive communication, including supporting agency-wide events, initiatives and meetings, and developing leaders as official spokespersons for the consultancy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key financial media, sell-side analysts, trade media, influential stakeholder, and communication partners.
- Minimum of 10 years supporting internal and external finance communications
- Solid project management experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and client initiatives and teams of both junior and senior colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Broad media relations expertise and contacts
- Ability to edit materials, develop clear and crisp media statements, and write speeches and presentations for executives
- Willingness to travel across MENA region and to London and New York
