We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic

Director of Finance & COO

to join our rapidly growing retail company in Dubai.

This dual leadership position is ideal for a candidate with deep financial expertise, proven operational excellence, and a strong grasp of financial planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial operations, including financial controlling, budgeting, staff sourcing, employee relations, training, and compliance. Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring efficient coordination across all departments. Collaborate with finance teams on strategic budget planning, payroll, P&L analysis, and cost management. Develop and implement robust HR and operational strategies to support business growth. Cultivate a positive, performance-driven company culture Work closely with the CEO to drive expansion and scale operations effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Director, and/or Chief Operating Officer. Solid background in financial accounting and/or business development is essential. Strong leadership abilities with sound decision-making and people management skills. Experience in the retail or beauty/skincare industry is a strong advantage. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior managerial or executive-level role.
